  Me and my partner received a menu through the door a few days ago. Enticed by the professional appearance, we decided to make an order through their on-line website.
  
  We both opted for a "Chicken Kebab". During the order process we were offered Oregano, Cheese and Salad but were not gifted with a text box to specify any special requirements.
  
  I ordered one PLAIN chicken kebab with NO salad and mayo. My partner ordered one chicken kebab with salad (although she only wanted onions, we couldnt specify this) and mayo along with a portion of chips, for sharing of course.
  
  Although the order arrived in good time, all of the containers were crushed and misshapen.
  
  My PLAIN chicken kebab consisted of a meagre amount of thinly sliced (almost doner-like) chicken, covered and bulked up with fried onions and green peppers. I do not eat onions or peppers.
  
  My partners kebab consisted of the same meagre portion of chicken, bulked with friend onions, green peppers, raw onions and lettuce. My partner is allergic to peppers so she decided to contact Snappy Tomato Pizza by telephone to query our order.
  
  Upon explaining the situation and her allergy, the MANAGER told my girlfriend that the kebabs are cooked with onions and peppers and it is clearly stated on the menu. Quote from the menu: "Our special kebabs are made from the finest ingredients, prepared to your order and served in a pitta bread with salad and sauce of your choice" No mention of being cooked with onion and peppers...
  
  She then explained that it does not say this on the menu to which he became aggressive and said that she should have stated this with her order, On explaining that there was no available option to specify this he called her STUPID and said that there was a place to mention this. (we've double checked and it does not exist). When she repeated that there was no mention of this or an option to mention it he called her a STUPID COW and after further arguing, bluntly said he would get the driver to bring back a refund.
  
  The refund arrived 55 minutes later and consisted of the cost of her kebab only.
  
  So not only did we both receive unpalatable kebabs (Well, I ate some of mine). We only received a partial refund and had to make do with one portion of chips between us.
  
  Thus completes the first and only time we will be eating anything from Snappy Happy Pizza, Huntly Street, Aberdeen. Very Disappointed and still hungry.
